Welcome to duelgo! This page will quickly explain how things work here.

What duelgo Is

duelgo is a platform for creating interactive games, betting games, contests and polls. You play it in your browser, on your phone or computer. The specific game (a duelgo) was prepared for you by an organiser — typically a company, a club, a teacher, a sports league or an influencer.

Who You Deal With

duelgo s.r.o. Operates the technical platform on which the game runs

If you have a question about the rules of the game, prizes or the contest, contact the organiser. You will find their contact within the specific duelgo (typically in the footer or at the end of the game).

If you have a question about the platform itself (technical problems, reporting content), write to us at info@duelgo.fun.

How You Play

Anonymously (without registration)

You can play most duelgos anonymously. Just click the link and start. We create only a technical identifier about you (playerCookie), so that we know your responses belong together and do not count them twice. We do not know your real name until you tell us.

With a nickname or contact

Some duelgos will ask you for a nickname or contact (e-mail, telephone) — typically so that the organiser can send you the result or a prize. When you enter such a detail:

ℹ️ The organiser has its own rules. When entering a contest, you typically agree to the organiser's rules and conditions, which may differ from ours. The organiser may, for example, send you its newsletter, share data with its partners, or use your contact for its own marketing — if you have given it consent to do so. Our promise "we do not sell data to third parties" applies only to what we do, not to the organiser.

As a registered user

If you have created an account on duelgo.fun, you can appear in duelgos under a single identity (nickname, avatar). Your account is managed by duelgo s.r.o. in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

What You Should Not Do

Games are meant to be fun. Please avoid:

If you breach these rules, we may exclude you from the game and remove your content. In serious cases (unlawful content) we are obliged to inform the bodies active in criminal proceedings.

Who duelgo Is Intended For

duelgo has no fixed age limit for playing — it depends on the specific game and its organiser (a teacher, a sports club, a marketing agency, anyone else). The duelgo organiser is responsible for ensuring that the game targets an appropriate age group and that, for the collection of any data from children under 15, it has secured the consent of the legal guardians (Article 8 GDPR).

If you are a child and a duelgo asks you for an e-mail, telephone or other contact, ask your parents whether you can fill it in.
